What remains the same in this new era is
「Japanese food 」and 「Japanese culture.」

Founder's Greetings
What I want to pass on to future generations
Children will carry the future of Japan.
This is something that will never change.

I believe that the role of us adults is to "protect," "raise," and "encourage" children to become independent.

And what is absolutely necessary for children to grow is the "power of Parents," who are the ones who are closest to children.
That is why I want to support Parents in "protecting," "raising," and "becoming independent as Parents."

I will help build the future of Japan and its children through "Japanese food," "Japanese culture," and "rice balls."

Representative Director : Zenichi Ishikawa

Purpose of the Association

Protecting the smiles of children with a bright future
  • Our main focus is to protect, nurture, and guide children with a bright future to independence.

  • We protect and nurture the women who are closest to children, and support them in finding their own center and returning home.

  • We train musubi masters and certified instructors who will convey "food education" and "spiritual education" through "Hikari no omusubi."

Main Activities and Achievements

We have been selected to exhibit at the Japan Expo in Sydney!

The event will be held on Saturday, December 14th.
This will be the first time that the Hikari no Omusubi has ventured outside of Japan.

The body axis embodied by Samurai and Ninja does not refer to skeletal muscles or physical strength. It is supported by a diet rooted in the spirit of “Zen”.

The main staple of the Japanese diet is rice, represented by dishes like sushi and onigiri (rice balls).

A simple salt rice ball, with no added fillings, holds a mystical and ultimate power passed down from ancient times.

Making its world debut starting in Sydney, we have brought this to the Japan Expo from Japan! We hope you can incorporate it into your daily life for a healthier lifestyle.
